What type of monopod would you sugest for taking sporting event pictures? - monopod in use at sporting event
I work for a newspaper to participate pictures of sporting events. I know that people taking pictures with a monopod. Suggest what should I buy? i havent ever looked into buying one, but would be ideal for use at night to keep the camera steady. Thanks

A monopod to reduce camera shake. Sometimes I use lenses to go with a great light, but made so you can afford to carbon fiber. Many of the manufacturers who make good tripods. Bow and Gitzo Induro know.
You do not really need a monopod. Most of them are ok but. Another reason sports photographers have is to leave the camera, so it is not so difficult.
